Rachel Whiteside is the Technical Assistance Specialist I and newest member of the ANA Eastern Region Technical Assistance Center. Rachel graduated with a BS degree focusing on Anthropology and History from Washington State University. She is also a Haskell Indian Nations University alumna where she was the editor of the Indian Leader, the oldest Native American student newspaper. Rachel is a member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe of Rhode Island.
